Ways to sign in
Sign in with an email and password, Google or Apple. See which options each app offers, why Sign in with Apple is on iPhone only in the phone app, and how to reset a password.

FieldFlow has three ways to sign in:
- Email and password
- Apple
There’s no sign-in link by email. Use your password, Google or Apple.
Use the same way you signed up. Your account is the same on the web and the phone app.
On the web
At app.fieldflowusa.com, enter your email and password and choose Sign in, or choose Google or Apple below.
On the phone
Enter your email and password and tap Sign in, or tap Continue with Google.
Continue with Apple is on iPhone only. On an Android phone, the sign-in screen doesn’t offer it. If you signed up with Apple on an iPhone and now use Android, you have two choices:
- Tap Forgot password? and use the email Apple shared with FieldFlow to set a password. Then sign in with that email and password.
- Sign in on your iPhone instead.
Forgot your password
- On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password?.
- Enter your email and choose Send Reset Link.
- Open the link in the email. It opens in your browser, where you set a new password.
- Sign in with it, on the web or in the phone app.
Joining a team
If you were invited to someone’s business, accept the invitation on the web first. The link in the invitation opens in a browser, where you create your login. After that, sign in on the phone with the same details. See Invite your team.
