ServiceTitan is a serious platform with call tracking, a pricebook, memberships and more. With five people, the first thing to weigh is that you cannot read its price until you ask for it.

FieldFlow is field service management software for 1–5 person trades businesses: scheduling, estimates, invoices, payments, customers and the books in one app for the owner and the crew. It costs $19/month for the whole business, with unlimited users and every feature included, and starts with a 90-day free trial with no credit card. It runs in a web browser on a computer or a phone, at app.fieldflowusa.com; the phone app for iPhone and Android is coming to the App Store and Google Play. Against ServiceTitan: it publishes no price (every plan on its pricing page says "Request Pricing"), so there is no crew bill to set beside FieldFlow's; its Terms of Use set a termination fee of all the remaining payments if you end an agreement before its term is over.

ServiceTitan's pricing page lists three plans, Starter, Essentials and The Works, and puts a "Request Pricing" button on each instead of a number. It says its pricing is per technician and fitted to your business. So this page prints no ServiceTitan price: the only way to get one is to ask.

Its Terms of Use (last updated September 16, 2026) also say that where the Terms are the only agreement, a subscription is month-to-month and renews automatically until either side gives notice, and that fees are non-refundable. A quote you request may come with its own order form, and the terms there can differ; read it before you sign.

ServiceTitan's features page lists Call Tracking and Call Recording, Marketing Pro, Pricebook and Pricebook Pro, Memberships and Service Agreements, Inventory and Purchasing, GPS Tracking, Dispatch and Dispatch Pro, Reporting and Dashboards, and Multi-Tenant Management. It sells to residential, commercial, construction, enterprise and franchise businesses.
A three-person plumbing shop may use a handful of those. Ask which ones your quote includes, because you will be paying for the plan it sits on.
When ServiceTitan makes sense.
ServiceTitan is a serious platform, and some businesses genuinely need it:
- You need call tracking and call recording tied to your jobs
- You need GPS tracking and dispatching beyond a calendar, which FieldFlow does not have
- You run several locations or a franchise and need multi-tenant management and enterprise reporting
- You run a pricebook, memberships and service agreements at a scale a spreadsheet cannot hold
- You have office staff who will run the software every day
If several of those apply, ServiceTitan might be worth asking for a quote.
When FieldFlow makes sense.
FieldFlow is built for the shops that want the other end of that list:
- You are a 1–5 person shop: maybe just you, maybe you and a couple of helpers
- You need scheduling, invoicing, payments, and the books, not enterprise modules
- You want to read the price before you talk to anyone, and it is $19/month for the crew
- You want to open the app and start working, with no onboarding fee
- You want to cancel if it doesn't work out, with no termination fee
