Questions we get.

Is there really no per-user fee?
No. Two people or fifteen, the bill is $19/month. Hiring a helper should not raise the price of your software.
What happens after the free trial?
Subscribe for $19/month from Settings › Subscription in the web app and everything keeps going. There is no plan to pick. You never entered a card, so nothing is ever charged on its own: if you don't subscribe, the account turns read-only and your data is kept for 90 days in case you come back.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contract, no cancellation fee, no retention call. Cancel from Settings › Subscription in the web app and keep using FieldFlow through the end of the month you paid for.
Do I need QuickBooks?
No. Expenses, receipts, mileage, and a P&L mapped to Schedule C are built in, which is all most solo operators and small shops need. If you keep QuickBooks, connect it to import your customers and push invoices and payments over from the web app when the books need them.
What if I need help getting started?
Every account gets email support from a small team that answers its own mail and aims to reply the same day. In the app, a getting-started checklist walks you through setup, and Flow, the built-in assistant, can do the setup work with you.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Stripe handles every card payment, so card numbers never touch FieldFlow, and your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Who else uses this?
FieldFlow launched in 2026, so there are no customer names to show yet, and we will not invent any. The 90-day trial with no card is how you judge it: run FieldFlow beside the tool you use now, on your own jobs, and decide once you have seen both.
