- Messaging clients
- Automatic messages to clients (appointment reminders, invoice and estimate follow-ups) go by email. To text a client, the owner uses Text from my phone: FieldFlow fills in the words and the link, and the phone's own Messages app sends it.
- QuickBooks
- Optional. Connect QuickBooks Online to import customers and push invoices and payments from the web app.
- Your data
- The owner or an admin can download everything at any time: spreadsheets of every record, PDFs of issued documents, signed copies, photos and receipts.

- After the trial
- You subscribe from the web app; nothing is charged on its own. Without a subscription the account turns read-only and the data is kept for 90 days.
- Online payment fees
- Card 3.2% + $0.30; bank transfer (ACH) 1.1% or less. Both include Stripe's fee and FieldFlow's 0.3% platform fee. Cash and checks cost nothing.
- Cancel or pause
- Cancel any time from the web app, with no cancellation fee; or pause the account to keep the data with no deadline.

- A subscription bought inside the phone app (subscribing is on the web).
- QuickBooks Desktop (the integration is QuickBooks Online).
